working for Kona Computer Techs, that are given access to

certain clients, we may store in our secure client database,
your credit card information so that we may order 3rd party
website or other services for you, or to order hardware
and/or software, however this will only be done with your
express permission via either written or oral authorization.
If we are storing your credit card information, WE WILL
NOT give this information out except when placing orders
on your behalf, and WE WILL NOT charge your credit card,
at any time, without first getting your authorization!

certain clients, we may store in our secure client database,

accounts, Server user accounts, website accounts, on-line
stores, etc., however this will only be done with your express

Residential and Business clients that have authorized our
remote access support services, you agree that our
technicians have the ability to access your designated computers
and hardware at any time - but can only access systems
by first getting written or verbal authorization before
each access, unless specific terms of access have been
outlined upon a written service agreement signed when this
type of service was started.
